Stress and Weight Management Workshop

Laugh it Off combines movement, motivation and meditation to lift your spirits, teach you some insights about weight management, and empower you with guided meditation aimed to help you succeed:

Movement - Joyful Dance (easy folkdance-type steps in simple combinations created for fun) and Laughter Yoga (no contortions necessary), certain to boost your mood. 

Motivation - Lighthearted group coaching by Coach Gael, who will share some techniques and tricks that have helped her maintain a 40 pound weight reduction for about a decade.

Meditation - Relaxation and positive, wellness-oriented guided meditation to connect you to your goals.
