Weight Management Workshop


Laugh it Off combines movement, motivation and meditation to lift your spirits, teach you some insights about weight management, and empower you with guided meditation aimed to help you succeed:

Movement - Joyful Dance (easy folkdance-type steps in simple combinations created for fun) and Laughter Yoga (no contortions necessary), certain to boost your mood. 

Motivation - Light-hearted group coaching by Coach Gael, who will share some techniques and tricks that have helped her maintain a 40 pound weight reduction for about a decade.

Meditation - Relaxation and positive guided reflection to connect you to your goals.

Stressbusters

STRESS MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP


Got stress? Stressbusters is a workshop designed to improve your attitude, calm your mind and give you some tools to manage stress. Stressbusters combines Joyful Dance (easy folkdance-type steps in simple combinations created for fun), with deep relaxation through guided meditation to soothe your weary self. Come lift your mood and rejuvenate your spirit with Stressbusters!
